Many freezers cool food slowly, breaking open cell walls with ice crystals, causing flavor and texture to degrade. Our freezer cools food very fast, minimizing damage to cell walls and maintaining premium quality, texture, and taste.  Nothing added, never “soaked,” and traceability back to the boat.

Our scallops are vacuum packaged after freezing for quality, convenience, and longer shelf life.
