Drift Study - August 26, 2004

High water in Eastport was 7:49AM. Wind may have been a factor as speeds ranged from 6.5 knots at 11AM to 10.7 knots at 12:42PM. While three drifters did the expected and moved out Head Harbor Passage, Drifter 1 was caught in a back eddy in Johnson's Cove and Drifter 2 was caught in an eddy off Clark's Ledge.
