Drift Study - September 18, 2007

Three of the drifters released on the flood in a transect between Shackford Head and Cooper Island nicely demonstrate the countervailing gyres which form in central Cobscook Bay. Drifter 5 had to be removed from the fish farm site in Deep Cove. We were unable to retrieve data from Drifter 4.
