First Scallops Frozen in Blast Freezer

Installation of the blast chiller/shock freezer in the Cobscook Marketplace happened in January. We were able to purchase some Cobscook scallops before the season ended. Its been full speed ahead with product development of scallops, oysters and baked goods!
