Drift Study - September 22, 2005

The drifters were released hourly under the International Bridge in Lubec. Three drifters left the Narrows and moved toward Cobscook Bay. The fourth drifter moved east, opposite from the others, and grounded out on the Campobello shore below the Canadian Customs station. The run was ended early as the wind was out of the southwest at 15-20 knots.
